Creatinine-normalized urinary nitrite/nitrate increased approximately 635%, while TxB₂ decreased approximately 89%.
Serum nitrite increased from 11.0 to 69.2 µM; MDA decreased from 9.8 to 3.8 µM; ACh vasorelaxation recovered to pD₂ 7.95.
Improved vascular sensitivity was observed for more than 18 hours in the preclinical model.
THE SST PLATFORM
SST does not carry oxygen and is not intended to replace hemoglobin or artificial oxygen carriers. We are evaluating whether it can support the vascular environment in settings where endogenous signaling is impaired.
SST is Baryeo Innovation’s working platform name. We use it without expanding it into an unverified mechanistic acronym.

Direct molecular causality, human efficacy, optimal dosing and combination benefit with oxygen carriers require prospective validation.
